A Burke youth was beaten with bats and chains by a group of teenagers early Sunday in what police believe was a gang-related assault. The 17-year-old victim was at a party in the 7900 block of Carrousel Court in the Falls Church area when he was attacked about 12:30 a.m., Fairfax County police said yesterday.
