Nepal’s Maoist rebels have freed 60 soldiers captured after a raid on an army base in August in the west of the embattled Himalayan kingdom. The soldiers were freed in the presence of representatives from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in a remote village in west Nepal, a human rights group said. Full Story
