The prime minister of Russia’s Ingushetia republic has been wounded when two bombs targeted his car in an assassination attempt, his office said. Prime Minister Ibragim Malsagov was injured in the leg but is in satisfactory condition in a hospital after the car he was riding in was hit by an explosive device in the city of Nazran Thursday afternoon.
