Indonesian suicide bombers may be in the Philippine capital, planning attacks on four targets with members of the homegrown Muslim rebel group Abu Sayyaf, national security adviser Norberto Gonzales said on Thursday. Speaking a day after 26 people were wounded in two bombings in the southern city of Zamboanga that cast suspicion on Abu Sayyaf, Gonzales also said the Philippines could become “a major target” in a global expansion of militant violence.
