That was just one of the worrisome scenarios presented Tuesday to former representatives of Tom Kean’s 9/11 commission. The bipartisan commission, now reconstituted as the non-profit 9/11 Public Discourse Project, is staging a series of seminars to assess America’s anti-terror efforts.
