Two small blasts have been reported in the Turkish resort of Antalya, injuring at least six people, including a French tourist, police say. The explosions occurred inside rubbish bins in different locations within minutes of each other. Turkey’s tourism minister said a gas leak caused the blasts, but one police official said that was not confirmed. The country has been hit by recent bombings, some blamed on Kurdish militants, others on Islamists. The first explosion happened as men were emptying a rubbish truck in the city centre, injuring three.
