Tamil rebels ‘recruit children’

The UN’s child agency, Unicef, has accused Sri Lanka’s Tamil Tiger rebels of stepping up child recruitment in the island’s volatile east. Unicef officials in the capital, Colombo, say there has been a marked increase in enlisting child soldiers in the last two months. Full Story
