Attackers opened fire Tuesday on a minibus carrying security forces in Chechnya and then set off a bomb when a second vehicle came to help, killing at least 13 people, including a child, regional officials said. The attack took place in the village of Znamenskoye and that at least 18 other people were wounded, according to an official of the Interior Ministry for southern Russia, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of his position.
