A high-ranking member of al Qaeda in Saudi Arabia was killed Sunday in a clash between several suspected militants and security forces in the capital of Riyadh, a senior interior ministry official confirmed to CNN. The official identified the man as Younis Mohammad Ibrahim al-Hayyari, a Moroccan, who was wanted for “terrorist acts in the kingdom,” according to the latest list of 36 suspected militants that was issued Tuesday.
