A German court trying a suspected helper of the Sept. 11, 2001, hijackers said Tuesday it is accepting U.S. interrogation summaries of three al-Qaida suspects as evidence. Mounir el Motassadeq, 31, is being retried after an appeals court last year overturned his conviction on more than 3,000 counts of accessory to murder and membership in a terrorist group.
