Thousands of Rwandans who fled to Burundi fearing persecution over the 1994 genocide have returned to Rwanda, but international groups who were denied access to the refugees fear they may have been forced home.Adding to concern, witnesses said 11 Rwandan Hutus were hurt jumping off trucks en route to Burundi’s border with Rwanda.
