ARMAGH (Reuters) – Irish Anglican leader Robin Eames says the world has grown weary of Northern Ireland and is impatient for a solution to one of the world’s most intractable guerrilla conflicts.
But everything is on hold in the stalled peace process until the Irish Republican Army decides whether it will lay down its arms after a 30-year campaign to oust Britain from Northern Ireland.
