Al Qaeda’s leader in Iraq, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, gets funds from certain foreign countries and Islamist radicals abroad, Iraqi President Jalal Talabani said.Talabani, who refused to name the foreign countries concerned, told Reuters in an interview he believed Zarqawi had nevertheless been weakened and isolated.
