The Egyptian police have detained 200 people for questioning over two attacks on foreign tourists in Cairo and are hunting for the brother of one of the attackers, security officials said Sunday. Police officers rounded up the people in Shubra el-Kheima, a northern, impovished and crowded working class suburb of Cairo that was the home to a man and two women who killed themselves and wounded four foreigners in two separate attacks on tourists Saturday.Full Story
