A senior Bosnian Serb general indicted in the 1995 massacre of nearly 8,000 Muslim men and boys in Srebrenica surrendered Wednesday to the U.N. war crimes tribunal, a court spokesman said. Vinko Pandurevic was driven to the U.N. detention center outside The Hague, Netherlands, after a flight from Belgrade arranged by the Serbian government.
