Colombia and Paraguay on Monday signed an agreement to cooperate on security and drug trafficking issues after the alleged involvement of Colombian guerrillas in the kidnap-murder of an ex-Paraguayan president’s daughter.Colombian President Alvaro Uribe and his Paraguayan counterpart, Nicanor Duarte, met in Bogotá as a result of the kidnapping and death of Cecilia Cubas, the daughter of former Paraguayan President Raúl Cubas.
