Israeli police have arrested an Israeli Arab on suspicion of plotting to bomb parliament, officials said Monday. The man, whom police accused of belonging to a “terror organization,” was taken into custody a month ago, but a court-imposed gag order prevented his arrest from being made public until Monday.
