Federal prosecutors closed their case yesterday against a Yemeni sheik charged with financing terrorist organizations by directing jurors to the sheik’s own words about supporting jihad, which were secretly recorded during a sting operation in 2003. “It’s all on the videotapes, ladies and gentlemen.
