Suspects in an Irish Republican Army killing of a Belfast man are on the run and hiding, probably in the Republic of Ireland, the police commander in Northern Ireland said Tuesday as detectives arrested one man. Chief Constable Hugh Orde also said witnesses to the Jan. 30 slaying of Robert McCartney were still unwilling to testify against his killers in court. Full Story
