Two lawmakers who belong to the outlawed Basque party Batasuna were indicted Monday on charges of belonging to the armed separatist group ETA, court officials said. The judge who indicted Joseba Alvarez and Joseba Permach also issued an international warrant for a third Batusuna politician in the Basque parliament and alleged leader of ETA in the mid-1980s.
