INDIAN External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh arrived in Islamabad today on a three-day visit for talks to review progress in the peace dialogue with Pakistan, officials said. Mr Singh and his delegation flew in after his trip to Kabul which went ahead although bad weather had threatened its cancellation. He is in Pakistan on the first bilateral visit in 15 years by an Indian foreign minister. Full Story
