The crown prince of Saudi Arabia, which is waging a heavy crackdown on militants, called on Saturday for the creation of an international anti-terrorism center to trade information in an effort to prevent attacks.Prince Abdullah made the proposal at an international anti-terror conference that opened Saturday, with the kingdom proclaiming successes in its campaign to uproot al-Qaida’s structure after a string of attacks over the past year.
