Chief executive of the UN Counter- Terrorism Committee Javier Ruperes, during a meeting in Moscow on Thursday with head of Russian Financial Monitoring Service (FMS) Vladimir Zubkov, called for closer ties between the FMS and the Eurasian Group on Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
