A judge in Brescia, Italy, ruled that terrorism charges against two North Africans should stand, one week after a judge in Milan ruled that their three co-defendants were guerrilla fighters, not terrorists. Prosecutors are appealing the Milan judge’s ruling that the three acted as guerrillas instead of terrorists when they allegedly recruited possible suicide bombers for action in Iraq. Full Story
