Two Indian policemen have been killed in a gunbattle with separatist rebels as a stand-off in Kashmir’s main city, Srinagar, entered a second day on Sunday. Police have surrounded a sports stadium complex, which also houses government offices, where at least one rebel is still holed up, after two guerrillas stormed the complex in the city center on Saturday. Police believe the second militant was killed when one building in the complex caught fire during shooting early on Sunday, but have been unable to confirm this. Full Story
