A Colombian judge has ordered the seizure of dozens of properties, businesses, bank accounts and vehicles allegedly belonging to the jailed founders of the once-mighty Cali drug cartel, officials said Tuesday. The announcement came after Gilberto Rodriguez Orejuela, who along with his brother, Miguel, ran the cocaine syndicate until their arrest in 1995, was extradited to the United States last month to face drug-related charges in a federal court in Miami.
