Naxalites blew up a railway track near Gurupa station of Gaya-Koderma section in Bihar in the wee hours today, in the second attack on railway property in the state in as many days, disrupting train movement for several hours. Railway sources said heavily armed CPI (Maoist) activists targeted the down line near the station blasting the one-and-a-half metre stretch by detonating dynamite and bombs. Several trains, including the New Delhi-Howrah and New Delhi-Sealdah Rajdhani Express, remained stranded at Gaya station for more than three hours and were later allowed to resume the onward journey through up line, the sources said.
