Canada’s anti-terrorism skills will be put to the test during an international exercise with the United States and Britain, Public Safety Minister Anne McLellan announced yesterday. ‘TRIPLE PLAY’ It’s the third time since 9/11 that Canada has participated in such an exercise. The Canadian portion of the counter-terrorism exercise — which includes events in the U.S. and Britain, is dubbed “Triple Play” and will take place at an undisclosed location in Canada next spring.
