Three Moroccans suspected of links with international Islamic terrorism have been arrested in Spain for allegedly trying to obtain explosives. The interior ministry said the cell had started negotiations to get explosives from a central European country. The arrests in Sant Andreu de la Barca and Mollet del Valles, Catalonia, were the result of collaboration with foreign security services. Full Story
