Big Spring and the Howard County area were under attack by terrorist forces Tuesday morning — hypothetical terrorist forces, that is. Representatives from the city of Big Spring’s emergency service providers, including the Big Spring Police and Fire Departments, joined forces with local, state and federal entities to conduct an emergency drill that began Tuesday and will continue through Thursday.
