Police in Kenya are investigating the killing of a Zambian diplomat, Osward Banda, who they say was kidnapped and then shot dead by an armed gang. The victim’s five-year old son was also kidnapped and saw his father being shot dead, police say. The boy was then tied to his father’s bleeding body with car seat belts before the gang fled.
