Iran’s hard-line Parliament reacted angrily on Tuesday to a complex deal reached with Germany, France and Britain over the nation’s nuclear activities. The chief nuclear negotiator, Hassan Rowhani, said Sunday that Iran had agreed to stop enriching uranium while it negotiated with the Europeans for the benefits it would receive in return for suspending enrichment.
