The United Nations said on Monday it was worried about the possibility of rising tensions on the Lebanese-Israeli border after Hizbollah sent a surveillance drone over Israel, and urged Beirut to control its side.Israel withdrew from southern Lebanon in 2000 after a 22-year occupation and pressure from Hizbollah guerrillas, but there have been sporadic clashes in the region and Israeli breaches of Lebanese airspace, drawing anti-aircraft fire. On Sunday, Hizbollah said it had sent its first surveillance drone into Israel and promised more flights would follow.
