Japan on Sunday condemned the beheading of a Japanese hostage in Iraq as a despicable act of terrorism and vowed to keep its troops in the country on their reconstruction mission.Japanese officials confirmed that the body and severed head of a man found wrapped in a U.S. flag in Baghdad on Saturday was that of 24-year-old Shosei Koda, a civilian who apparently took a bus to Iraq from Jordan last week.
