Authorities on Thursday indicted 12 soldiers arrested a year ago for an alleged attempt to topple this West African nation’s government. The 12 were accused of “plotting against the authority of the state” and are currently being detained at Conakry central prison, said Attorney General Yaya Kairaba Kaba, announcing the news on state radio.
