President Vicente Fox toured Aguascalientes on Wednesday with a beefed-up security force after angry teachers clashed with his guards and kicked his truck in Ciudad Juárez last week. State police accompanied Fox, and metal fences were set up along his route. Onlookers and protesters were kept at a distance of 70 yards during his speech. The additional security is unusual for Fox, who likes to mingle with the locals on his excursions. But last Friday, Social Security workers scuffled with his bodyguards and called the president a liar and a traitor. Full Story
