Colombian Rebel Arrested in Bogota Attack

Police arrested a rebel commando who allegedly attacked a Bogota pub frequented by Americans, killing a Colombian woman and injuring dozens of other people, including five Americans, authorities said Tuesday, nearly a year after the attack.Colombian National Police arrested Adolfo Toledo, who goes by the alias “Dollar,” after he produced a fake ID during a traffic stop Monday in the southern Colombian village of Algeciras.
