A car bomb shook Baghdad at sunset Wednesday, and a large plume of smoke could be seen rising from the western bank of the Tigris river.There were no reports of casualties among U.S. troops or damage to their equipment in the blast, which occurred at 5:45 p.m., said Cpt.
