Britain, France and Germany will offer Iran nuclear fuel and economic incentives Thursday, giving Tehran one last chance to abandon uranium enrichment and avoid the threat of U.N. Security Council sanctions, diplomats said. In a private meeting with Iranian officials in Vienna, senior diplomats from the European powerhouse nations will try to persuade Iran to avoid a showdown next month with the International Atomic Energy Agency, officials said Wednesday.
