A militant group called the Islamic Army in Iraq says it has killed two Macedonian hostages who it accused of spying for the US. Arabic al-Jazeera TV said the group’s statement was accompanied by a video showing the killing – but the channel did not name them or show their deaths. Al-Jazeera broadcast footage of the two men and their identity cards, with the group’s banner in the background. Three Macedonians are known to have been kidnapped in Iraq. The three, identified as Dalibor Lazarevski, Dragan Markovic and Zoran Naskovski, were seized by militants in Iraq in August and are still missing.Full Story
