Prime Minister Ayad Allawi on Wednesday warned insurgents in Falluja, one of the most intractable cities in Iraq, that they must hand over foreign militants or face a military operation. His ultimatum came as a group led by one of those foreign militants, the Jordanian Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, posted another video showing two men, both Iraqis, being beheaded. Also on Wednesday, six American soldiers were reported killed in insurgent attacks in the previous 24 hours, two in suicide blasts and four in roadside bombings. Full Story
