St Vincent and the Grenadines Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves Monday called for the inclusion of Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana into the Regional Security System (RSS) so as to better address security issues in the Caribbean. “You would appreciate that among the threats we have in the region from a security standpoint would be the trafficking of illegal drugs and the issue of intelligence in that regard”. “Those are sensitive questions on which we will take important policy decisions,” he said at the start of a one-day meeting to review the operations of the RSS in hurricane-battered Grenada.
