A Muslim reservist who refused to take part in the Iraq war has lost a High Court battle over his conviction for going absent without leave. Leading Aircraftsman Mohisin Khan, 25, was prosecuted by the RAF after refusing to go to Iraq last year. The Suffolk medic claimed conscientious objection on religious grounds.
