Leading Iraqi politician Ahmad Chalabi returned to Iraq on Wednesday to face an arrest warrant that could land him in jail for years, an aide said. “Dr. Ahmad is in Baghdad. We cannot say anything more, given the security situation and the legal conditions,” said Haidar Moussawi, a spokesman for Chalabi’s Iraqi National Congress (INC).
