A bomb exploded inside a restaurant in a western neighborhood of Karachi Sunday, killing at least three people and wounding 21 others, police and doctors said. “So far three dead and 21 injured have been brought to our hospital,” Mazharuddin, a doctor at a state-run hospital said.
