Six explosions boomed across central Baghdad on Sunday, sending plumes of smoke into the air and raising sirens on the Green Zone enclave where the U.S. Embassy and government offices are located. Four blasts went off in a row, one hitting on a bank of the Tigris River, another in downtown Baghdad, sending up billows of black smoke.
