Pakistani officials said Tuesday that they were continuing to make arrests of suspects linked to Al Qaeda, including one with a multimillion-dollar American bounty on his head. That man was one of two suspects of African origin captured in Punjab Province. Their identities were not disclosed, but the interior minister, Faisal Saleh Hayyat, said one of them was on the United States’ list of “most wanted” suspects.
