The top U.S. disarmament diplomat arrived in South Korea on Monday saying the United States was seeking a peaceful and diplomatic way to eliminate North Korea’s nuclear weapons programs. U.S. Undersecretary of State John Bolton, one of Pyongyang’s harshest critics in Washington, is visiting Seoul and Tokyo amid signs the administration of George W.
