A third round of working-level talks set for Monday and aimed at reducing military tension between the two Koreas appears to have been postponed after recent naval incidents in the Yellow Sea, the defense ministry said. The military talks, due to begin on Monday in Seoul and to last for two days, were expected to focus on the removal of equipment aimed at putting out propaganda to each side along the heavily fortified Demilitarised Zone that divides the foes. The first indication that North Korean officials would not turn up for the talks came when the North sent no list of officials to attend and sent no word of when they planned to arrive.Full Story
