Colombian rebels have freed two young men they kidnapped in an assault on an apartment building three years ago but were still holding their mother, who has since been elected to Congress, the brothers’ father said on Wednesday. The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia freed Juan Sebastian Losada, 18, and his brother, Jaime Felipe, 20, in southern Colombia after a ransom was paid but there was no word of their mother, Gloria Polanco, Jaime Losada told local radio.
